**Job Description**:

- Management of warehouse operations:_
- Chịu trách nhiệm chung về quá trình xuất nhập hàng. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình xuất nhập hàng.
- Overall responsibility for the import and export process. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems arising in the import and export process_
- Kết hợp với bộ phận dữ liệu để đảm bảo chính xác về tồn kho. Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên thực hiện theo quy trình chuẩn. Đảm bảo kho luôn được sắp xếp theo đúng như sơ đồ.
- Combine with the data department to ensure inventory accuracy. Ensure all employees follow standard procedures. Make sure the warehouse is always arranged according to the diagram._
- Chịu trách nhiệm về mặt quản lý hoạt động vận hành kho trong trường hợp Operations Manager vắng mặt. Quản lý các hoạt động liên quan đến an toàn, cải tiến.
- Ensure all employees perform their roles and responsibilities properly. Responsible for managing warehouse operations in the absence of Operations Manager. Manage safety-related activities, improve_
- Xem xét tổng thể các hoạt động dưới kho và đưa ra các chương trình cải tiến năng suất, giảm chi phí, giảm thiểu những rủi ro. Đưa ra kế hoạch nhằm phát huy điểm mạnh của các thành viên trong nhóm để đào tạo nhân viên đạt được mục tiêu chung.
- Review the overall activities under the warehouse and come up with programs to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize risks._ _Come up with a plan to leverage the strengths of team members to train employees to achieve common goals_
- Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các Tiêu Chuẩn Quản Lý An Toàn và Sức Khỏe của tập đoàn Toll. An Toàn: Giám sát, nhắc nhở NV không vi phạm an toàn lao động, tuân thủ HSE của công ty.
- Strictly comply_ with the Toll Group's Health and Safety Management Standards_. Safety: Supervise, remind NV not to violate occupational safety, comply with the company's HSE
- Khách hàng: Không có khiếu nại của Khách hàng về hoạt động OPS.

Client: There are no Customer complaints about OPS activity.
- Vận hành: Tỉ lệ hoàn thành đơn hàng trong tháng phải đạt từ 99% trở lên.
- Đối chiếu hàng tồn kho trên hệ thống và thực tế phải đúng > 99%.
- Tỉ lệ hàng hỏng / thất thoát trong quá trình vận hành và lưu kho phải đạt
99% correct.

The rate of damage / loss during operation and storage must be < 0.002% / month
- Tài chính: 'Quản lý tồn kho trên hệ thống và phối hợp giám sát việc hàng hóa lưu kho không gây thiệt hại cho công ty dưới 5 triệu/ ky kiem ke.

**Qualifications**:
