Job Summary:


As a site supervisor, you act as site inspector and play an important role in ensuring proper security performance, proper status of infrastructure on site.

Together with the Park operation (PO) team, you set out clear requirements for security guards; and do daily inspections of activities on site.

Whenever anomalies or irregular actions are spotted, to coordinate action to solve.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage & control of security work, security patrols, calculation of daily security performance (setting up, operating, upgrading and repair P2MS system equipment)
  • Patrol, detect garbage, waste, environment risk on road, common road, internal road, rainwater drainage, utility reach, manholes, fence, center line, green zone, vacant land, dyke, sea under management of Deep C (detailed report on EHS system per shift and report directly to direct superior;
  • Detect damages, lost, abnormal on road walkway, curve, manhole cover, lighting pole, streetlight, hydrants, broken tree, dead trees and inform PIC for recover or claim for compensation.
  • Manage & control security contractor
  • Implementing and reporting MCS
  • PPM Patrolling Task in daily (detailed reports and photos date and time).
  • Identification and implementation of new preventive tasks (public security, labor safety, labor protection, environmental sanitation and traffic management in industrial parks)
  • Rising preventive task & corrective task in daily (preventive measures, optimal plans and best suited to reality).
  • Understand clearly general security, utilities under control, assets and right of Deep C;
  • Know clearly land handover to client locations, take over land from Project Development dept, cowork with other Depts/Teams to settle disputes among clients, between clients and Deep C, between DEEP C and the local people.
  • Good understanding of Industrial zone regulations, serious treatment to clients/contractors who violate regulations.
  • Ensure absolute security, safety for Deep C; request all employees presence at site to follow labor safety rules and PPE
  • Contact other agencies to know information of surrounding areas in order to give out prevention measures ensuring security and right of Deep C;
  • Execute firefighting activities.
  • Other assignment given by superiors.

  • Understand procedure, follow and are able to correct others.
  • Reliable & mature
  • Communicate in a mature and clear way (Vietnamese, English is not required but is a plus)
  • Willing to improve yourself and your environment
  • Working with active attitude.
  • Strong eye for detail, any technical knowledge is a plus systems.

Education and Experience:

At least two years of relevant experience.
