Administrative tasks:

  • Implement store operating plan, control store expenditure within budget parameters, sustain during financial year.
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management.
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Supervise other matters relating to staff s benefits, i.e. staff bus, staff canteen, medical room, garbage management.
  • Make working roster for store&039;s Line Manager and roster for store&039;s opening and closing.
  • Plan to maintain, repare, buy the machine, equipment.
  • Supervise material order to ensure cost efficiency
  • Supervise the ordering and issuing of uniforms, name badges, swipe cards, material to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide input into the stores operating plan.
  • Receive and work with inspection team from governmental authorities.
  • Supervise daily store&039;s opening and closing; provide guidance through the implementation of standard procedure and monitor store keys.
  • Coordinate with Aeon Delight to tackle issues relating to house
- keeping, security and technical matters.
  • Make periodical report related to costs and other matters.

Cost control:

  • Promote, strengthen cost effectiveness mindset to all Store staff.
  • Rigorously examine store&039;s budget and expenditure to come up with cost saving plan.
  • Control store expenditure within budget parameters.
  • Develop strategies to reduce administrative costs, gain operational efficiency.

Manpower management:

  • Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by subordinates.
  • Be responsible for subordinates&039; performance.
  • Monitor subordinates&039; attendance and attire.
  • Ensure efficient leadership to direct the Line/Department towards Company&039;s business strategies.
  • Build and promote team work spirit.
  • Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity
  • Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
  • Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.
  • Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Line/ Department&039;s staffing.
Process

  • Guidelines & Supporting roles:
  • Support other departments as necessary.
  • Plan ahead and work towards material order and related processes for new store&039;s opening.
  • Support other functions in execution of promotion schemes, customer survey, handling customer&039;s grievance and finding solutions to arisen difficulties in operation.
  • Communicate, train, implement and sustain relevant policies, processes and procedures within the store to deliver the required outcomes.
  • Develop working process, guidelines for other departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Ensure compliance in internal controls.
Duties & Rules

  • Regulations:
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager.
  • Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
  • Follow all working procedures, the company&039;s policies, rules and regulations.

University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics
Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
Planning, developpment, improvement mindset
Work well under high pressure
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi
- tasks
Fluency in English language (both written and oral)
Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
Minimum of 4 years related office/administrative and/or 4 years of good receiving management & experience, preferably in retail
