Conduct extensive research on ingredients, flavors, preparation techniques, and emerging food innovations to inspire recipe development.- Tối ưu hóa và thử nghiệm các công thức nấu ăn nhiều lần để đạt được mục tiêu về hương vị, kết cấu, tính nhất quán, chất lượng và chi phí như mong muốn.

Optimize and test recipes repeatedly to achieve the desired taste, texture, consistency, quality, and cost targets.- Viết các công thức nấu ăn đầy đủ, chi tiết với số đo chính xác, hướng dẫn nấu từng bước và trình bày trực quan để hỗ trợ tính nhất quán.

Write complete, detailed recipes with precise measurements, step
- by
- step cooking instructions, and visual representations to support consistency.- Tiêu chuẩn hóa các công thức sản xuất, bao gồm mở rộng quy mô để sản xuất hàng loạt và hợp lý hóa các quy trình trong khi vẫn duy trì chất lượng.

Develop recipes and products that are on

Follow good manufacturing practices and food safety protocols at all times during recipe testing and evaluation.- Luôn cập nhật các xu hướng thực phẩm mới nổi, nguyên liệu và công nghệ mới cũng như sự thay đổi sở thích của người tiêu dùng.

Stay current on emerging food trends, new ingredients and technologies, and shifting consumer preferences.- Phối hợp với nhóm tiếp thị để đặt tên và định vị sản phẩm mới.

Collaborate with marketing team to name and position new products.- Cố vấn cho các đầu bếp cấp dưới và huấn luyện để xây dựng kỹ năng nấu nướng.

Mentor junior chefs and provide coaching to build culinary skills.- Tham gia vào các buổi lên ý tưởng và động não để đóng góp ý tưởng mới.

Participate in ideation sessions and brainstorming to contribute new ideas.
