**Your skills and experience**:

- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với Java (Spring hoặc J2EE)
- Thành thạo các hệ quản trị dữ liệu quan hệ (RDBMS)
- Quen thuộc với GIT-flow để quản lý source code
- Có kiến thức về OOP, design pattern, bảo mật ứng dụng web
- Giao tiếp tốt, chủ động, làm việc nhóm tốt, ý thức chất lượng cao

- Ngoại ngữ tốt (tiếng Anh, tiếng Nhật)
- Có định hướng full-stack
