**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Đến 25 triệu VNĐ)
- Thực hiện quy hoạch và phát triển Backend cho hệ thống nền tảng và các sản phẩm, dịch vụ ngân hàng số.
- Tuân theo các tiêu chuẩn thiết kế, tiêu chuẩn mã nguồn, đảm bảo khả năng kiểm thử, bảo mật và hiệu năng cao cho hệ thống.
- Phối hợp với team UI/UX, BA, Backend,... triển khai dự án đảm bảo các yêu cầu về chất lượng, tiến độ.
- Thực hiện Unit Test. Hỗ trợ kiểm thử SIT/UAT, sửa lỗi và nghiệm thu chức năng.
- Review code, quản lý merge code, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và đào tạo các thành viên trong dự án.
- Thực hiện tối ưu hóa, cải tiến kiến trúc và mở rộng hệ thống.
- Xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật, tài liệu hướng dẫn triển khai hệ thống.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: CNTT, Toán Tin, Điện tử viễn thông hoặc có chứng chỉ lập trình viên tương đương (Aptech, Quốc tế).
- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm về lập trình Java.
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình với Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security...)
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc và hiểu biết với API (Restful, SOAP), SCM (Git, SVN), IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ, NetBeans).
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình Microservice, làm việc với Container.
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình đọc/ghi dữ liệu với hiệu năng cao.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với redis, kafka
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng, tối ưu câu lệnh Native SQL dành cho Database Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Ưu tiên:

- Hiểu biết và có kinh nghiệm về kiến trúc FrontEnd - BackEnd.
- Có kinh nghiệm về Docker/k8s, Cloud.
- Có kinh nghiệm về thiết kế UI/UX.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng Unit Test.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành tài chính ngân hàng, am hiểu nghiệp vụ ngân hàng.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm làm việc trên nền tảng Backbase.
- Hiểu biết về Agile/Scrum.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh.
