Responsibilities:

  • Demand and Supply Planning- Develop demand forecasts with commercial team at multiple levels of aggregation.- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.- Interact with commercial team to understand demand forecast drivers.- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales and Marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts- Accurate and timely submission of order forecast to RDC.- Monitoring in-coming supply to ensure supply meet markets' needs.
  • Logistics Management- Responsible for all logistics coordination and related matters.- Coordination of product redressing and verification of all redressing costs.- Liaising with RDC, suppliers, affiliates, distributors, forwarders, insurance agents, custom office and other logistics related parties on all logistic matters.
  • Inventory Control- Ensuring no Out of stock situation and inventory level at Distributors is within contractual term- Handle stock transfers between distributors and other affiliates.- Accurate and timely recording of all stock movements.- Monthly reconciliation.- Monthly inventory reporting.

Requirement:

  • Degree in Supply Chain and Logistic Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 45 years in Supply chain functions covering Demand planning, Supply planning and Logistics.
