4. Duy trì các mối quan hệ bên ngoài: chịu trách nhiệm duy trì các mối quan hệ với chính phủ, liên lạc với các cơ quan chức năng của chính phủ có liên quan (phòng cháy chữa cháy, kiểm tra chất lượng, các tổ chức chứng nhận và thử nghiệm, v.v.) và hội nhập tài nguyên hiệp hội ngành
5. Hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm: thu thập và phân tích nhu cầu sản phẩm mới tại thị trường khu vực, phân tích xu hướng bán hàng và nhóm khách hàng của sản phẩm hiện có, đề xuất phát triển sản phẩm mới và cập nhật các yêu cầu lặp lại, đảm nhận công việc phát triển sản phẩm tại thị trường Việt Nam và kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm và chi phí.
6. Hỗ trợ nhóm đạt được kết quả kinh doanh: thu thập và phản hồi thị trường khu vực và nhu cầu của khách hàng, hợp tác với các bộ phận liên quan của nhóm và hỗ trợ nhóm đạt được hiệu quả bán hàng và mục tiêu lợi nhuận.
7. Xây dựng nhóm và khả năng: Xây dựng một cơ chế quản lý tài năng, thực hiện việc xây dựng tài năng Echelon và tiếp tục tu luyện, giới thiệu và đầu ra sự phát triển của các doanh nghiệp.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Trình độ ĐH trở lên tất cả các chuyên ngành
2. Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực xe máy, xe điện, ô tô
3. Thành thạo tiếng Anh (ưu tiên có thêm các ngoại ngữ khác
