Assist the Head of IT in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organizations goals.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to understand their IT requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage and oversee IT projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Possess a deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative IT solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the IT team and other departments.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote collaboration within the IT team.
  • Delegate tasks, set performance objectives, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient and reliable IT services.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and data security.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience in IT management or leadership roles. Strong technical background with expertise in areas such as systems administration, network management, or software development. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. Proven experience in managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Ability to analyze project requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection regulations.

Experience with cloud computing, network management, and enterprise software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues.

Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility to quickly respond to changing technology and business needs.
