Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop a proper framework for team projects & be responsible to manage project progress;
  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates;
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders in task assignments & follow up with the deliveries;
  • Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones;
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs;
  • Manage to collect and report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans;
  • Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources.

Key Requirements:

  • 12month+ project management experience/ Freshers are also welcome;
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field;
  • Logical thinking & ability to structure information;
  • Patient & Excellent communication skill;
  • Handson experience with managing clients and teams;
  • Ability to work with all levels of management;
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
