What you will do:

  • 1/ Weekly
  • Wallet adjustment per request and check wallet movement
  • Handling problems arising related to Fin Team / other team per assigned by Finance Manage
  • Manage daily work of Tax Accountant and Senior Accountant to comply with internal report timelines
  • Check wallet movement for User/Driver
  • Weekly cash flow report
  • 2/ Monthly:
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Monthly wallet reports and financial reports
  • Tracking loan contract and transaction, loan obligation with SBV
  • Checking tax reports and VAS reports
  • Checking other reports to Government (FDI)
  • 3/ Other tasks:
  • Work with auditor and tax officer and State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)
  • Other tasks from Finance Manager

  • No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC.

Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 06:00 PM)

What you will need:

  • At least 2 or 3 years experience at Financial Lead/Chief Accountant in MNC
  • Good in communication, hardworking, active in work, can manage the team well
  • English: fluently in reading and writing
  • Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Have experience of using the accounting system in ERP, Xero.
  • Have experience on working with 3rd parties (tax officer, auditor, SBV)
