- Viết và / hoặc đánh giá kế hoạch hợp tác với đối tác (chủ yếu hội nhóm sinh viên / trường đại học, các đối tác B2B như khách sạn, đội bóng )
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban nội bộ và / hoặc agency / đối tác / khách hàng để thực hiện hoạt động & tạo truyền thông
- Triển khai các ý tưởng, kế hoạch thương hiệu thành hoạt động đúng với tiêu chí (ví dụ tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu) & các điều kiện (ví dụ ngân sách, thời gian)
- Quản lý & đánh giá hiệu quả sử dụng ngân sách

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Từng đảm nhận 2 năm trở lên các vị trí Social Media/Content specialist/Assistant Brand Manager bên F&B, ưu tiên đang làm Coffee (Milano, Guta, Passio, The Coffee House, PhinDeli,...) hoặc F&B chain (Golden Gate, Pizza, KFC,...)
- +++Kỹ năng
- Đánh giá chất lượng & yếu tố thẩm mỹ của ý tưởng sáng tạo, nội dung của các thiết kế hoặc chương trình
- Đánh giá hiệu quả đầu tư (ROI) của chương trình
- Phối hợp, giao tiếp, thương lượng với các phòng ban, agency / đối tác / khách hàng để giải quyết khó khăn, năng cao chất lượng hợp tác qua mỗi chương trình
- Khả năng phân tích, trình bày ngắn gọn thuyết phục bằng văn viết (Powerpoint, Excel) hoặc nói
- Quản trị dự án: ngân sách, thời gian, chất lượng, nguồn lực
- Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề đa dạng, linh hoạt, cường độ cao
- Tinh thần khởi nghiệp

**Quyền lợi**:

- Tham gia BHXH sau 2 tháng thử việc
- Mua các sản phẩm của cty với giá ưu đãi
- 15 ngày phép/năm. Chốt công 26-25, nhận lương ngày CUỐI THÁNG qua tất cả ngân hàng tại VN.
