**I. Mô tả công việc**
- Làm việc với nhóm Vận hành Kinh doanh để kiểm tra tình trạng hàng tồn kho hiện tại và duy trì hiệu suất sản phẩm tại chỗ tốt trên từng kênh.
- Phân tích dữ liệu danh sách sản phẩm (doanh số bán hàng, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, lượt xem trang, thứ hạng, giá cả, v.v.) để xác định lý do tại sao sản phẩm có xu hướng tăng hoặc giảm. Chia sẻ các quan sát và đề xuất các chiến lược để cải thiện vấn đề.
- Quản lý báo cáo end-to-end của các kênh thương mại điện tử: Bán hàng, Hàng có sẵn, hàng đã bán, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi & lưu lượng truy cập, báo cáo chiến dịch,...
- Theo dõi doanh số bán hàng hàng ngày / hàng tuần trên các nền tảng và hướng tới sự cải thiện trong cùng một nền tảng.
- Các công việc khác được giao bởi Quản lý.

**II. Yêu cầu công việc**
- Có kinh nghiệm làm công việc liên quan trong lĩnh vực e
- commerce, O2O, digital marketing, business development, online retail.
- Cẩn thận ở mức độ cao, cấp độ chi tiết để đảm bảo giảm thiểu sai sót mức thấp nhất khi triển khai với các team khác.
- Có kỹ năng phân tích số liệu, suy nghĩ logic, giao tiếp tốt làm việc có tổ chức.
- Chủ động trong công việc và có tinh thần trách nhiệm việc ra quyết định.
