**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Chịu trách nhiệm cập nhật, bổ sung, sửa đổi các chương trình khuyến mại, campaign trên website và các trang OTA khi có các chiến lược giá mới
- Theo dõi đối thủ trực tiếp/gián tiếp trên các kênh bán hàng
- Thực hiện việc cập nhật tình trạng phòng trên các kênh online, kịp thời đóng/mở và bổ sung số lượng phòng bán để tối ưu hóa công suất phòng
- Giải đáp thắc mắc của khách về dịch vụ khách sạn, quy trình đặt phòng, thanh toán, hỗ trợ khách các thông tin cần thiết và giải đáp các vướng mắc của khách.
- Cập nhật và cải thiện nội dung/hình ảnh trên website và các trang OTA
- Thu thập phản hồi của khách hàng để cải thiện tốt hơn nội dung/hình ảnh/chất lượng của sản phẩm
- Làm báo cáo tuần/tháng và các báo cáo về kết quả thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mại, đưa ra ý kiến đánh giá, nhận định về tính hiệu quả của các chương trình
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận tại quần thể như đặt phòng, lễ tân, kế toánnhằm đạt hiểu quả cao nhất trong việc giải quyết các yêu cầu, khiếu nại của khách và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ
- Các nhiệm vụ được giao khác theo phân công của cấp trên

Tốt nghiệp Đại học/cao đẳng chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, khách sạn du lịch, hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan
- Trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực liên quan
- Chịu được áp lực công việc, năng động, nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm trong công việc
