**Job Description**:

- Làm quen với việc sử dụng tất cả các thiết bị điện và cơ khí trong nhà bếp và tuân thủ các biện pháp phòng ngừa an toàn khi xử lý chúng
- Thành thạo tất cả các phương pháp nấu ăn cơ bản như cắt nguyên liệu và chuẩn bị đồ ăn hàng ngày cho khu vực được giao
- Chuẩn bị các món ăn theo công thức tiêu chuẩn đảm bảo duy trì kiểm soát khẩu phần và giảm thiểu lãng phí
- Áp dụng các biện pháp phòng ngừa cần thiết liên quan đến tiêu chuẩn an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm của khách sạn (HACCP)
- Thành thạo về các quy trình khẩn cấp / phòng cháy chữa cháy và an toàn tính mạng của khách sạn
- Luôn duy trì tiêu chuẩn cao về ngoại hình và vệ sinh cá nhân
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hợp lý khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý

**Qualifications**:

- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Nói thành thạo tiếng Anh
- Có khả năng quan sát, để ý chi tiết
- Khả năng làm việc hiệu quả và đóng góp trong nhóm
- Năng động và có tính cầu tiến
