I. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new corporate clients in the eLogistics industry;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Establish and implement quality management processes to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations;
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base;
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit and longterm partnerships.

II. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in key account management, logistics, or business development;
  • Strong understanding of the eLogistics industry and logistics solutions;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
