Senior Key Account Manager

I. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new corporate clients in the eLogistics industry;
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions;
- Establish and implement quality management processes to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations;
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base;
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit and longterm partnerships.
II. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field;
- Proven experience in key account management, logistics, or business development;
- Strong understanding of the eLogistics industry and logistics solutions;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
