The role
Intrepid is currently looking for a Jr Key Account Manager to be part of our KAM team.

Working closely with a Senior Key Account Manager, you will support him/her in managing his portfolio of brands, and in successful execution and roll-out of business performance improvement plans.

You will assist with the day-to-day activities related to store management on marketplaces/platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Tiki.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
  • Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
  • Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stockout.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (KAM, Content, Customer Service)
  • Other adhoc projects related to online sales.

Who we look for - the ideal profile:

  • University degree holder
  • Fluent in English.
- +1 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee/ Tiktok Shop), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor

  • Commercial performancedriven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fastpaced startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship, communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
  • Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
  • Project management experience
  • Prior experience in the fashion, beauty, and FMCG industry
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
