- Xây dựng kế hoạch/ chiến dịch quảng cáo trực tuyến: Vận hành các kênh quảng cáo (Facebook,Google, SEO...) và thực thi các dự án Marketing;
- Theo dõi và tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo, tối ưu giá bid và các bộ tỷ lệ chuyển đổi CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC...
- Nghiên cứu các đối tượng khách hàng và các nhu cầu của từng đối tượng để đưa ra kế hoạch marketing và những chiến dịch hoạt động hiệu quả;
- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật công nghệ, thuật toán và thủ thuật mới của kênh quảng cáo và phát triển các kênh quảng cáo mới;
- Tham gia, hỗ trợ Manager trong các vấn đề ra quyết định kế hoạch MKT. Đóng góp ý tưởng, nghiên cứu phát triển các hình thức mới;
- Đánh giá hiệu quả công việc qua các chỉ số KPI theo mục tiêu và xác định hiệu suất bán hàng, marketing,...
- Quản lý được ngân sách trong quá trình chạy marketing.
- Báo cáo kết quả công việc theo hạng mục phụ trách theo Tuần/ Quý/ Tháng.

- Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Đam mê Marketing và muốn phát triển sự nghiệp trong lĩnh vực Marketing;
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập cao; chịu áp lực về hiệu quả công việc; trách nhiệm, không ngại thử thách;
- Có kinh nghiệm chạy quảng cáo Google Adwords & SEO, Facebook Ads,... trong lĩnh vực thẩm mỹ, làm đẹp & sức khỏe;
- Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và tư duy nhanh nhạy
