  • Greet patients in a professional manner at their arrival & on the telephone.
  • Organizing & scheduling appointments;
  • Updating & filling out patient's medical file;
  • Work closely with team members to ensure the arrangement & cleanliness at the lobby & reception area meet the management's standard.
  • Handles cashier's works when assigned.
  • Provide support to patients' requests of documents relating to treatment.
  • Process messages from patients to doctor's assistant to doctors;
  • Conduct followup phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.
  • Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow;
  • Adhoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Degree in the relevant field is preferred;
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Good problem solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;
  • Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;
  • Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
  • Able to handle patient's confidential information in a professional manner;
  • Strong organizational & planning skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;
  • Excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken.
  • Added advantage for applicant with 3rd language spoken skill (Chinese, Japanese, French or Korean).
