Job Description:

Account Management

  • Engage key customers regularly and provide feedback on customers' growth focus and requirements, e.g., product, marketing and Technical support
  • Ensure timely order delivery, by coordinating and assisting between customers and AA's supporting teams, e.g., custom clearance, shipping document collection
  • Working with the country sales rep to conduct regular business reviews

Business Development

  • Visit both 1st and 2nd Trade Level customers regularly, to verify and grasp market insights such as customer preference, product pricing, competitive landscape
  • Evaluate potential opportunities with 1TL players, by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Identify and develop new Diesel wholesaler in untapped area or segment
  • Active engagement with Bosch diesel network and Module

Marketing

  • Support Diesel Power House team to plan and execute strategic marketing plan for growth of diesel market
  • Support Diesel Power House team on all marketing activities towards Bosch diesel network and Module
  • Identify relevant trade event and support to organize to promote Bosch brand and diesel product into the market

Bosch Diesel Equipment Local Support

  • Act as the first level technical support for customer and workshop in regard to Bosch diesel equipment
  • Support Diesel Power house to promote Bosch diesel equipment into workshop
  • Support with basic training of Bosch diesel equipment

Qualifications:

  • Education: University degrees in engineering or business
  • Experience in Automotive industry especially in Diesel segment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
  • Self motivated & results oriented
  • Strong collaborative mindset
  • Structured work ethic with high degree of accountability
