  • Performs all duties of a graphic designer nature, including providing graphic designing of advertising and making samples of graphic design.
  • Performs special assignments as required.
  • Design flyers for food & beverage outlets and food & beverage promotions.
  • Prepares and makes samples of wedding brochures and meeting packages.
  • Do all graphic designs related to food and beverage.
  • Ensures competence of work from the standpoint of grammar, composition and format.
  • Sets up and designs promotions and new outlets posters, designs and prints special event flyers as required.
  • Provides all advertising design business related to food and beverage department requirements such as greeting cards for special occasions, menus for outlets, name cards design, banquet layouts, etcetera.
  • Performs follow up on reports or special assignments from Food & Beverage Manager only.
  • May completed design based on organizational practice, policies and procedures at the direction of the Manager.
  • Acts as custodian and takes full responsibility of designing supplies of food & beverage department.

  • More than 7 years of marketing & communications experience, preferably in hospitality industry, strong digital integration
  • Bachelor's degree required in PR-Marketing major. MBA or Masters is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good Leadership skills
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Well groomed at all times to maintain a professional impression of the group
  • Excellent guests and clients relations
  • Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue
  • Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely pro active with all activities to support the hotels
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
