**Job summary**:

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lập kế hoạch
- Làm việc với Giám đốc Vùng và đưa ra ý kiến về tiềm năng kinh doanh của Trung Tâm để xây dựng chỉ tiêu/ngân sách hàng năm cho trung tâm;
- Thương thảo và thống nhất mục tiêu/ngân sách của trung tâm với Giám đốc Vùng;
- Lập kế hoạch vận hành của trung tâm và rà soát, thống nhất kế hoạch này với Giám đốc Vùng.
2. Giám sát quy trình lập kế hoạch và ngân sách của trung tâm
- Phối hợp cùng BMO phân bổ chỉ tiêu/KPI xuống cho nhân viên
- Rà soát và kiểm soát chi phí vận hành trong hạn mức ngân sách
- Bổ nhiệm cán bộ vào các vị trí cụ thể phù hợp với chuyên môn
- Tuyển dụng nhân sự trong hạn mức ngân sách để thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh doanh
3. Quản lý hiệu quả hoạt động
- Chịu trách nhiệm về hoạt động bán hàng của trung tâm, bao gồm thúc đẩy doanh thu, lợi nhuận trước thuế và nâng cao hiệu quả chi phí tổng thể trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ tới khách hàng
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng đề xuất cấp tín dụng và chất lượng của danh mục cho vay (NPL)
- Chịu trách nhiệm cải thiện các chỉ số hoạt động bao gồm thúc đẩy dư nợ và huy động, số lượng KH mới, số lượng sản phẩm/khách hàng và cải thiện mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng
4. Đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu quả cung cấp dịch vụ và bán hàng
- Quản lý các hoạt động bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ hàng ngày
- Đảm bảo chất lượng, tính hiệu quả xử lý hồ sơ tín dụng (chuyển hồ sơ lên các đơn vị thẩm định, xử lý các quy trình sau duyệt). Đảm bảo thời gian xử lý tín dụng ngắn nhất cho khách hàng
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chương trình thu hút khách hàng MSME mới cho trung tâm
- Phê duyệt chi phí tài chính trong phạm vi quyền hạn
5. Truyền thông - Quảng bá thương hiệu
- Triển khai các chương trình Marketing và sản phẩm theo hướng dẫn của Hội sở; Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chương trình riêng của trung tâm nếu cần
- Quản lý quan hệ cộng đồng và chủ động phát triển đầu mối khách hàng tiềm năng tại địa phương
- Đảm bảo việc tuân thủ các quy định và hướng dẫn của ngân hàng
- Huấn luyện nhân sự bán hàng bao gồm việc chủ động sử dụng CRM, bộ sản phẩm, quản lí phễu bán hàng để cải thiện hiệu quả và năng suất bán hàng
6. Quản lý con người
- Theo dõi và quản lý tình hình kinh doanh thực tế với ngân sách và chỉ tiêu của toàn bộ Trung Tâm
- Tiến hành quản lý tình kinh doanh theo chu kỳ và làm việc với các trưởng phòng đánh giá kết quả của nhân viên
7. Lãnh đạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên thường xuyên
- Trực tiếp huấn luyện, đào tạo và định hướng nghề nghiệp cho nhân viên Trung Tâm
- Tạo ra một môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện+G11

**Experience requirements**:

- Kiến thức về sản phẩm dịch vụ, thị trường, đặc thù ngành kinh doanh và nhu cầu của KHDN vừa và nhỏ, về ngành tài chính ngân hàng: nâng cao
- Hiểu biết cập nhật về các thông lệ, thủ tục, quy định pháp luật và quy chế chính sách quản trị rủi ro, quy trình vận hành của ngân hàng liên quan đến mảng kinh doanh.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề sáng tạo, nhạy bén kinh doanh & nhận biết cơ hội bán hàng; khả năng thu thập thông tin và phân tích thị trường và khách hàng tiềm năng; kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, quản lý thực thi : nâng cao
- Năng lực và kỹ năng giao tiếp tạo ảnh hưởng, thuyết trình, hướng dẫn hiệu quả: nâng cao
- Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, thúc đẩy và tạo động lực cho nhân viên: nâng cao

**Education requirements**:

- Trình độ Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành quản trị kinh doanh, kinh tế, tài chính/ngân hàng
- Tối thiểu 8 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng, trong đó từ 4 - 6 năm đảm nhiệm các vị trí quản lý đơn vị kinh doanh phục vụ phân khúc khách hàng doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ.
