Job description:

  • The IT Business Analyst is responsible for implementing and continuously improving business process and performance for projects and platforms as assigned. Proactively work with stakeholders to define, analyze and document requirements for enhancements as well as identify opportunities for new/improved processes. Builds strong, trusted relationships with clients. Can participates on multiple projects at one time. Shows leadership in ensuring alignment of business process and technology use.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the supervisor(s) and project manager if required.
  • Responsible for closely working with client/project manager to clarify, analyze the business requirement;
  • Get/research concept, business objective to provide the effective solution for the customer.
  • Use UML to model and define features, use cases, system workflow and other necessary diagrams.
  • In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc.,
  • Define the quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints and other nonfunctional requirements.
  • Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for development team whenever requirements need to be clarified.
  • Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues with Customers.

Your skills and experience:

At least 1 years experienced on BA role of enterprise systems.

  • Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
  • Good command of English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
-
Good UI/UX knowledge and experience

  • Good presentation and client relationship skill
  • Good organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the UML design and data modeling
  • Background technical background knowledge
  • Excellent using Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be proactive, initiative, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest and prudent
  • Hardworking and ready to work in pressure environment to meet deadline
  • Education: Bachelor of IT / software / or Information System / Economics / Financial / Insurance
