Responsibilities:

  • Advise and introduce consumers to the Overseas Study Programs of ILA.
  • Respond to consumer inquiries concerning longterm and shortterm Overseas Study Programs.
  • Give counseling about Overseas Study Programs to customers based on their requirements and budget.
  • Customer service and assistance.
  • Record, handle, and report issues involving students/parents to direct management.

Skill Requirements:

Good communication in both English and Vietnamese (at least Pre-intermediate 4 level).

Required Experience:

Having experience in Telesales, Customer Service is an advantage.

Required Education and qualifications:

Undergraduate, qualifications in English and education are preferred.
