YOUR TASKS:

  • Analysis of internal processes, methods and tools to define and centralize relevant technical information and design new training content
  • Development of new learning concepts to ensure needed competences within dynamic project team environment
  • Consult (Subject Matter) Experts and Management on how to translate business requirements into effective new learning items and concepts
  • Creation and analysis of competence matrix to ensure sustainable governance of training offer and learner centric solutions
  • Acting as keycontact, sparring partner and manage technical experts, topic owner and training content creator in a virtual/onsite and international environment

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University / College degree in engineering or similar
  • Experienced in technical writing or similar areas
  • Good conceptional understanding for learning methods
  • Digital native with the ability to think out of the box
  • Very good communication skills
  • Confident, agile, innovative & pragmatic
  • Fluent in English (mandatory, reading, writing, speaking)
  • Very good knowledge in Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
The person we are looking for is an organized person and can demonstrate the ability to function independently in a broad dynamic framework, with strict deadlines and is able to interact with different stakeholder groups/levels
