- Identify and actively search for new sales channels' opportunities, i.e. partnership and exhibitions/ Nhận diện và chủ động tìm kiếm cơ hội cho các kênh phân phối mới như các chương trình hợp tác,và triển lãm.
- Plan and execute promotional mechanics for mixed-channels including dealers, ecommerce and chain stores/ Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các cơ chế thúc đẩy doanh thu cho hệ thống phân phối đa kênh bao gồm đại lý, thương mại điện tử và chuỗi showroom.
- Perform retail audit: visual merchandise (chain store, dealers), selling products, sales trend, stock level, pricing, promotion efforts at stores, store display/ Thực hiện kiểm soát hình ảnh và trưng bày, sản phẩm, xu hướng thị trường, hàng tồn kho, giá cả, chương tình khuyến mãi tại hệ thống showroom và đại lý.
- Develop promotional plans and tactical campaigns for assigned retailers and dealers; work with Sales team to gain retailer/ dealers approval; manage projects to make sure on-time and on-budget deliverables/ Phát triển các kế hoạch thúc đẩy doanh thu và các chiến dịch có tính chiến lược cho các đại lý và cửa hàng được chỉ định; phối hợp với đội ngũ bán hàng để đạt được sự đồng thuận từ các cửa hàng, đại lý; quản lý dự án đảm bảo kết quả mang lại đúng thời hạn và ngân sách.
- Work with Sales Team to plan for incentives given to dealers based on corporate strategy/ Hợp tác với bộ phận kinh doanh lập kế hoạch các chương trình thưởng khuyến khích thúc đẩy doanh thu cho các đại lý dựa trên chiến lược của Công ty.
- Budget, propose and supervise all event marketing specific to dealers, i.e. Trade shows/ Lập ngân sách và đề xuất, giám soát các hoạt động marketing tại đại lý như Trade show.
- Ensure that all stores are properly merchandised and trained with approved schedle/ Đảm bảo tất cả cửa hàng đều bán hàng đúng cách và được đào tạo theo kế hoạch được phê duyệt.
- Work with Marketing Communication Team to ensure supply of POS and merchandising materials appropriate to the dealer needs/ Hợp tác với Bộ phận Quản lý Truyền thông nhằm đảm bảo việc cung cấp công cụ hỗ trợ bán hàng (POS), sản phẩm trưng bày phù hợp với nhu cầu của đại lý.
- Peform evaluation of execution results/ Thực hiện đánh giá kết quả thực thi.
- Periodically summarize trade marketing activities' performance/ Tổng kết kết quả các hoạt động theo định kỳ.
- Store data and information in accordance with scope of work and effectively use to make plan/ Lưu trữ data trong phạm vi chuyên môn để làm cơ sở xây dựng kế hoạch.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company's Management and Line Manager/ Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của lãnh đạo Công Ty và Cấp quản lý trực tiếp

- Học vấn/ Education: Tốt nghiệp đại học với ngành Marketing là một lợi thế/ University Degree. Majorin Marketing is an advantage.
- Strong business mind-set/ Tư duy kinh doanh.
- Good Project management skill/ Kỹ năng quản ký dự án hiệu quả.
- Excellent Statistic & analysis skills/ Kỹ năng thống kê và phân tích hiệu quả.
- Strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multipleprojects/ Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian hiệu quả trong môi trường nhiều thay đổi, quản lý công việc và cácdự án diễn ra đồng thời.
