RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting CEO in daily tasks, schedules' management and plans as well as execute various tasks assigned by BOD depending on abilities.
  • Coordinate, monitor, verify and follow through of project works/ instruction/ assignments/ documentation instructed by CEO to Company divisions.
  • Provide cabin translation and interpreter for assigned meeting.
  • Participate in business plan preparation team coordinator for the task force ensure the business plan will be approved on time according to BOD resolution.
  • Monitor & Update quarterly the High priority table one week before Board of Management quarter review.
  • Prepare/ Coordinate BOD/ Internal Audit meeting presentation.
  • Coordinate with respective Divisions upon CEO request.
  • Check and verify document to be signed by CEO follow approved Chart of Authority/ Company council list.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience as secretary or personal assistant in a professional working environment.
  • Have experience in M&A, IPO is a plus.
  • High degree of personal and professional integrity and the ability to work with confidential information.
  • Prior experience providing highlevel support to boards, committees, or other similar work groups.
  • Experience working under pressure and managing multiple, competing tasks and priorities.
  • Experience drafting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • High degree of proficiency in Vietnamese and English language skills.
