Nghiên cứu, đề xuất và triển khai các phương án growth hacking - tăng trưởng đột phá số lượng và chất lượng người dùng (không chỉ phụ thuộc các chiến dịch marketing truyền thống hay kênh quảng cáo/UA trực tiếp)
Dựa trên dữ liệu, sản phẩm và các yếu tố hỗ trợ cần thiết để thiết kế và tối ưu các chiến dịch.
Phối hợp với các team có liên quan (Marketing, Tech, Design ) để triển khai thực hiện, đảm bảo thời hạn và mục tiêu đã đề ra.
Giám sát, đo lường, phân tích và áp dụng dữ liệu tổng hợp để đề xuất các phương án tối ưu, cải thiện.
Phối hợp với các team trong và ngoài khối Marketing để xây dựng dữ liệu cơ sở, nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả của các chiến dịch và nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.
Tìm kiếm đối tác hỗ trợ và theo dõi tracking từ các chiến dịch hợp tác.
Báo cáo định kỳ và báo cáo chiến dịch cho Quản lý trực tiếp;
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Tư duy logic, nhạy bén với dữ liệu.
Liên tục thử nghiệm, học hỏi, sáng tạo.
Data-driven: Mọi quyết định dựa trên cơ sở dữ liệu thực tế.
Hiểu biết tổng thể về các kênh truyền thông/marketing cơ bản.
Hiểu biết các công cụ và kiến thức công nghệ để hỗ trợ công việc.
Có hiểu biết và sử dụng thường xuyên các app/tiện ích công nghệ - tài chính cá nhân.
Kỹ năng thu thập, phân tích thông tin, dữ liệu liệu một cách tỉ mỉ, chuẩn xác.
Trách nhiệm, cầu tiến, tích cực hỗ trợ đồng đội và các team khác trong dự án.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Marketing, Kinh tế, Công nghệ, Tài chính.
Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 01 năm năm trong lĩnh vực App Growth/Marketing tại các công ty Công nghệ, Nội dung số hoặc Tài chính.
