Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering or equivalent

  • 10 years of related work experience in Quality or Operational leadership positions
  • Proven leadership skills within a global environment and the ability to routinely present to leadership
  • Superb strategic and forwardthinking mindset
  • Complete understanding of Budgeting, Expenses & Capital spending, and Financial Effectiveness relating to Quality
  • Strong analytical background with proven abilities to troubleshoot & structure analysis, and a working knowledge of quality/reliability tools
  • Excellent crisis management capabilities and the ability to drive event resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple complex activities across multiple business units
  • Excellent employee development abilities at multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience in performing reliability testing to include: Mechanical Stress, Actual Application, Shock/Drop/Vibration, and Environmental testing is preferred
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English Required
  • Prefers for Overseas Vietnameses living and working in US or UL or Expat who has experience in Vietnam over 35 years
