Job Summary

  • Ecommerce Inventory Management
  • Ecommerce Order Management
  • Provide timely and effective operations support to the sales and marketing team.

General Responsibilities
Ecommerce Inventory Management

  • Monthly reconciliation on in/out movement and stock end between MKP and DKSH
  • SOP relating to reconciliation.
  • Ecommerce Order Management
(working with internal and external to ensure smooth operations)

  • Learning new update on processes/ rate cards from MKP to update internal team.
  • Other adhoc assignments on order processing & stock matters
  • Update contents/changes to sales administration/support policies and procedures on a periodic basis
  • Coordinate with other key functions in organization in gathering and verifying all necessary information.
  • Gather data/information from relevant functions and provide meaningful analysis for the team.
  • Respond to sales and marketing team on operations activities.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge and background on Ecommerce
  • Logical analysis, outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask Proven knowledge and experience in working on SOP.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Being able to work in team, thorough communication skills to cooperate with different functions and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, solutionsoriented approach, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education
Certificate/diploma in business administration, or equivalent

Work Experience
1-2 years experience in a similar role
