- Mục đích công việc:

- Quản lý tất cả các nguồn lực, quy trình và công cụ để đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất.

- Hợp tác trong việc xác định và triển khai cách bố trí nơi làm việc
- Sản xuất và tối ưu hóa nó Kiểm tra việc tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn ISO trong quy trình
- Sản xuất Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức hiệu quả các hoạt động và công việc trong Khối sản xuất

- Bảo trì:

- Phối hợp với Operation Engineering & Mainternance về các hoạt động bảo trì trong lĩnh vực phụ trách
- Đặt ưu tiên và trọng tâm của trường hợp khẩn cấp
- Kiểm tra và xác nhận kế hoạch bảo trì phòng ngừa
- Đảm bảo các dây chuyền Sản xuất hoạt động bình thường
- Chất lượng:

- Phối hợp với bộ phận QA để soạn thảo các hướng dẫn, quy định trong lĩnh vực Sản xuất, giám sát việc cập nhật các tài liệu hợp lệ
- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo và làm quen cho nhân viên của bộ phận Sản xuất với các tài liệu liên quan của QA, giám sát việc tuân thủ, hướng dẫn ban đầu của QA
- Quản lý con người:

- Trực tiếp quản lý nhân viên của bộ phận Sản xuất và duy trì văn hóa hiệu suất cao để đảm bảo sự phát triển của các thành viên trong nhóm, chuyển giao bí quyết, đồng thời đảm bảo việc đào tạo nhân viên phù hợp
- Thường xuyên đánh giá nhân viên và đưa ra phản hồi mang tính xây dựng
- Phối hợp với HRM trong lĩnh vực luật lao động, giám sát việc tuân thủ kỷ luật lao động và nội quy làm việc, đề xuất các biện pháp kỷ luật và chấn chỉnh
- Lên kế hoạch nghỉ phép, nghỉ lễ của nhân viên Sản xuất và CSKH để giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động Sản xuất, hoàn thành kế hoạch Sản xuất và giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng, CSKH (phê duyệt nghỉ phép do nhân viên trực tiếp quản lý)
