About the Team

The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community.

We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

We are hiring a Moderation Quality Assurance Supervisor to help with the enhancement of our policies as well as guarding the safety of our content and product listings of the Vietnamese market.


Responsibilities:

  • Grow the local moderation quality assurance team and oversee their daytoday operation for Ecommerce business
  • Work with vendors to ensure quality targets are met by providing training programs and quality related refresher
  • Lead a multilanguage moderation QA team and act as the main point of contact for quality assurance and content quality assessment tasks
  • Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for auditing procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality
  • Develop and maintain QA programs complementary to the quality system, corporate objectives and policies
  • Report, analyse, and provide insights on our quality process
  • Provide reports and support the Moderation QA Manager
  • Responsible for localizing working processes and strategies, solving content concerns for local users with crossfunctional teams such as content operations, product, engineering, legal and public relations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred
  • 2+ years experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company
  • Recent and minimum 2+ years experience as Team Lead/Quality Manager/ Technical Lead
  • Great people management skills and currently managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce compliance requirements and internet governance management
  • Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skill
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English & Vietnamese for crossregion collaboration with internal stakeholders and external collaboration with local BPO vendors in Vietnam.
