- Truyền thông marketing & thương hiệu: Xác định các cơ hội, kế hoạch và nội dung công việc để thực thi chiến lược truyền thông marketing & thương hiệu để tối đa hoá doanh thu và giá trị cho thương hiệu Luklak (Công ty công nghệ - cùng hệ thống với AROMA); nâng cao nhận thức & sự yêu thích thương hiệu từ công chúng, gia tăng mức độ tin tưởng & sử dụng sản phẩm từ khách hàng doanh nghiệp & người đi làm; mở rộng mạng lưới hợp tác đối tác bên ngoài.
- Nghiên cứu, lên kế hoạch và triển khai kế hoạch marketing hàng năm. Lên chỉ tiêu, chỉ số và ngân sách cho mảng marketing và chịu trách nhiệm thực thi, đạt được chúng.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan triển khai các kế hoạch marketing phục vụ các mục tiêu đa dạng của công ty (Ví dụ: phát triển khách hàng, phát triển cộng đồng, tuyển dụng...).
- Quản trị thương hiệu, hoạch định chiến lược và triển khai các kế hoạch phát triển thương hiệu.
- Phát triển các nội dung, hình ảnh, tài liệu truyền thông marketing & thương hiệu (ví dụ: hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu, tài liệu truyền thông về sản phẩm, các tài liệu khuyến mãi, chương trình sự kiện cũng như các nội dung tương tác với bên ngoài và cả nội bộ...).
- Quan hệ báo chí và các hoạt động PR truyền thông đối ngoại.
- Tổ chức các chương trình sự kiện làm truyền thông để phát triển các cộng đồng mục tiêu: cộng đồng doanh nghiệp và người dùng ứng dụng, cộng đồng chuyên gia cá nhân tư vấn triển khai ứng dụng.
- Phát triển mối quan hệ hợp tác - đối tác với các cá nhân chuyên gia và các doanh nghiệp trong ngành để kết nối tích hợp sản phẩm cũng như hợp tác cùng có lợi trong việc phủ rộng thương hiệu - sản phẩm và bán hàng.
- Nghiên cứu & phân tích thị trường để xác định được nhu cầu của khách hàng, xu hướng thị trường cũng như tình hình các đối thủ cạnh tranh để đưa ra các đề xuất phát triển sản phẩm, khách hàng & thị trường và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan triển khai các chương trình phát triển khách hàng, gia tăng doanh số.
- Tham gia định hướng và phối hợp cùng mảng performance marketing làm khách thông qua các kênh quảng cáo trực tiếp như Google, Facebook...
- Quản lý đội ngũ 5-10 nhân sự bên dưới: tham gia vào khâu tuyển dụng & phỏng vấn nhân sự mới; đào tạo & phát triển nhân sự trong quá trình làm việc; định hướng và đưa ra các kế hoạch lớn cho nhân sự triển khai; kiểm soát, đánh giá và đảm bảo chất lượng công việc & nhân sự; khai phá và phát triển tinh thần làm việc hợp tác, chủ động, tích cực từ nhân sự.
