  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Creative, to create compelling communication campaigns that effectively convey brand messages and product benefits.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for enhancing communication strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Create and manage the production of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other visual materials.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners to maximize media coverage and partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to gain insights into consumer preferences and behaviors, using data to inform communication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 3years in marketing communication, digital marketing, or a related field, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging messages for various audiences.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving creativity and innovation.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in Fashion Retail, Retail, FMCG is preferred.
