**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure a strong focus on Customer Service Competencies development and quality in order to delight customers, enabled by effective coaching and consistent performance feedback processes. _Đảm bảo tập trung mạnh mẽ vào phát triển Năng lực và chất lượng dịch vụ chăm sóckhách hàng để làm hài lòng khách hàng, thông qua việc huấn luyện hiệu quả và nhất quán về quy trình phản hồi._
- Act as an ambassador for NJV's focus on Customer Experience within and outside of the company. _Đóng vai trò là đại sứ trọng tâm của NJV về dịch vụ Trải nghiệm khách hàng trong và ngoài công ty._
- At any time and any where perform the activities and display the behaviours that are designed to deliver a distinctive Customer Experience. _Tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào và bất kỳ nơi nào, luôn thể hiện hành động và hành vi đúng mực để mang lại Trải nghiệm khách hàng tốt nhất._
- Conduct regular calibration benchmarking sessions. _Thực hiện các phiên đánh giá hiệu chuẩn thường xuyên._
- Evaluate call standards through live and remote monitoring and auditing and provide constructive feedback to managers and team leaders. _Đánh giá các tiêu chuẩn cuộc gọi thông qua việc giám sát, kiểm tra trực tiếp hoặc từ xa và cung cấp các phản hồi mang tính xây dựng cho các quản lý và trưởng nhóm._
- Proactively identify individual and group training needs and skills gaps where relevant and work closely with the Training function to deliver remedial solutions. _Chủ động xác định nhu cầu cần đào tạo theo cá nhân hoặc nhóm, xác định các kỹ năng còn thiếu liên quan đến công việc và phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Đào tạo để đưa ra các giải pháp cải thiện._
- Effective and efficient management of internal programmes and measurements that are indicators of likely customer satisfaction, as per COPC standard requirements. _Quản lý hiệu quả và hiệu suất các chương trình nội bộ là đo lường các chỉ số đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách hàng, theo các yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn COPC._

**Key Requirements**:

- One year experience in the contact centre environment. _Một năm kinh nghiệm về contact center._
- One year experience working in a quality, service oriented environment. _Một năm kinh nghiệm làm việc về kiếm soát chất lượng, định hướng dịch vụ._
- One year experience with training/QA job. Preferably in a contact centre. _Một năm kinh nghiệm với công việc đào tạo / QA. Contact center là một lợi thế._
- Experience with communicating with staff from different ages. _Có kinh nghiệm giao tiếp với nhân viên từ nhiều độ tuổi khác nhau._
- Knowledge of NJV's industry sectors is a preference. _Có kiến thức về các lĩnh vực kinh doanh của của NJV là một lợi thế._
- Colleague/University Graduation. Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học.
- Planning and organizing. _Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức._
- Fair English. Tiếng Anh khá
