- At least 5 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC.

Hands-on experience with trouble shooting data replication issues between SuccessFactors to S/4HANA or ECC.

Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG and SuccessFactors Role Base Permission

Have at least administrative know-how on managing SuccessFactors modules in at least 3 of the following modules - Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and talent management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning etc.)

- Hands-on design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles.

Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches

Good project management and delivery skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to analyze and propose solutions to business requirements & issues

Drive discussions with users to align on requirements and suggest design improvements

Conduct end user training and support

Documentation and development of user guide

Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.

Ensuring data harmonization and synchronization between systems.

Experience in data analytics and/or visualization (e.g. using SAP Analytics Cloud, Stories, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.) will be added advantages.

Other Requirements:

- University graduate

Fluent English

Communication skills and attitude is important

Report to: Manager of HR Technology based in Singapore


Salary Range: Will be based on the candidate's competency.

Expected onboard time: Jan 2024
Interview Process:
- Candidate is required to upload a 30-second audio file in English introducing the project you are working on or any information that shows the candidate's English ability together with his/her resume for consideration.
2 interviews:
(1) Via Teams - background/basic skills
(2) Physical - 45 minutes physical interview. We will ask candidate to share his/her relevant SAP SF implementation and support experience
