Identify and take care, majorly in charge of Chinese VIP customers.

Perform as assigned to support the VIP Marketing Supervisor/ Assistant VIP Supervisor.

Provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere to all customer, especially the VIP guests.

Be able to reach 5 Stars in Hospitality: Greetings, Accommodating, & Farewell.

Stand-by, receive and deliver VIP guests' requests accurately in a timely manner.

Maintain and improve high standard self-image: grooming, posture, basic knowledge, speaking skills, clear gentle voice, etc

Spot out VVIP/ VIP when on duty

Always show a professional attitude to VIP Customers: gracious, accommodating to assist.

Update VIP customer tracking

Check the VIP services duties include all arrangement such as reservation hotel, tour, golf, airlines.

Update the VIP preference file
