Job description:

  • Ensuring configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support associated service management processes.
  • Developing and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure that configuration items and processes are current.
  • Leads, educates, and mentors key stakeholders on developing and maintaining configuration management services, concepts, policies and procedures to deliver accurate reporting and metrics as needed.
  • Facilitates configuration management audits ensuring that all information within the CMDB is accurate and up to date to promote continuous platform improvement.
  • Ensuring that appropriate views of the CMDB are maintained and made available to those for whom they are targeted to promote data governance and integrity.
  • Providing advice and support during system deployments to ensure that change impacts across configuration items are understood and managed.
  • Ensuring that the information within the configuration management database is adequately protected and backed up to ensure system availability and contingency.

Yêu cầu:

  • 5 + years' experience in a related technical discipline or Configuration Management
  • Knowledge of the Product Lifecycle Management skills
  • Configuration Management process skills
  • Leadership, Negotiation, and Coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management Tools
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering culture
  • ITIL certification or equivalent certifications in incident management;
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology security or related field preferred but not required
