We are in search of a highly skilled Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer with proficiency in English or Arabic for effective communication with customers.

Additionally, experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and On-Premises expertise is essential, and familiarity with WSO2 is a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design, implement, and manage DevOps processes and infrastructure.
  • Ensure effective communication with English or Arabicspeaking customers, understanding their requirements and providing timely support.
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud and Azure Cloud platforms for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
  • Manage and optimize On-Premises infrastructure for seamless integration with cloud environments.
  • Work with WSO2 integration solutions to streamline data exchange and API management.
  • Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve them.

Yêu cầu:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with proficiency in Oracle Cloud and Azure Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Extensive experience with On-Premises infrastructure management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with WSO2 integration solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Shell scripting).
  • Good communication skills in English or Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
