Your role is essential in the continuous improvement & development of an effective onboarding (first 2 months) & high-performance development (6- & 12-months) plan.


1.
Onboarding Programs (2 months)
: smooth & seamless experience:

  • New Joiners & Mekong Capital have all the information they need to make a choice at the end of the onboarding program as to whether they want to be a Mekonger and/or we choose them to be a Mekonger.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding programs for New Joiners, with clear deliverables (2 months & so on) so that new Joiners discover the intention of core values and core technologies as access to performance at Mekong Capital.
  • Ensure the onboarding dashboard is updated timely and with exact data sources

2.

Coaching/Training, Discovery & Development programs:


  • Smooth delivery of relevant coaching/training and discovery programs to Mekongers to leverage the full potential of Vision Driven Investing (VDI) and create new ways of occurring and being which leads to breakthroughs in performance at Mekong Capital.

Employee Engagement (VDI Employee Performance):

Smooth and reliable projects management and logistics; high response rate to Engagement survey

  • Generate actions that empower employees in their journey of living and fulfilling their personal purposes through working at Mekong (to the extent that's relevant).
  • Create and maintain effective channel(s) for communicating, and engaging people in activities generated with the intention of building up people/ culture and bonding the team.

Accountabilities:

1. Onboarding (2 months):

Be in charge of the Performance Evaluation Process.

Coordinate with relevant people to ensure:


  • The Onboarding program exists to book and manage all of the program sessions on the Onboarding Calendar.
  • The tracking of whether such a plan is on track or off track (by dashboard or in mentormentee meetings)
  • Data on achieved and not achieved results are collected through a survey to support performance evaluation.
Manage Talent Self Discovery Program in Mission Control following the sequence on this page. Ensure new members complete weekly assignments.

On-Boarding Logistics/Announcements
Design, implement and get feedback to continuously improve the sessions so that such will bring WOW experience to employees in their journey at Mekong, especially for the aspects that are taken care by the People and Development team like onboarding, employee benefits:

  • Logistics arrangements for new hires on their first day of onboarding. (First-day guidelines, Welcome gift set, etc.)
  • Work with the admin team, Help Desk to smoothly deliver equipment to New Joiners.
  • Act as reliable Onboarding coordinator to new joiners and related stakeholders to ensure common queries of Onboarding journey are timely addressed and the agenda is proactively and flexibly arranged.
  • Logistics arrangement for new joiners Celebration after probation.

2.

Development Program & Coaching/Training Programs:


  • Ensure to have effective surveys and analysis to deliver results for the High-Performance Plan for Deal Leaders.
  • Conduct biannually learning need and capability analysis.
  • Work closely with key Stakeholders (both internal and external) to deliver smooth coaching/training sessions:
  • Announcement
  • Attendance tracking
  • Logistics booking arrangement
  • Summary of learning materials
  • Data on achieved and not achieved results are collected through a survey

3.

Employee Engagement (VDI Employee Performance):


  • Project management: Interdependence space, Personal Purposes.
  • Logistics for Monthly Story café.
  • Arranging birthday cards and gifts for Mekongers each month.
  • Coordination for highimpact events such as company trips, seniority recognition, family day

  • Excellent stakeholders management: coming from the intention and having effective communication with multiple stakeholders so we can provide the most effective onboarding and coaching program

  • Good Project management: always own the intention/outcome to connect it to what needs to happen in the operations/ execution of each project.
  • Execution excellence: proactively and constantly generating initiatives for better outcomes.
