Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm ứng viên phù hợp cho vị trí Business Development Specialist (B2B) có có khả năng khai thác khách hàng B2B và triển khai các sản phẩm của Công ty tới các đối tác khách doanh nghiệp tại thị trường Việt Nam.

Mô tả công việc:

  • Tìm kiếm khách hàng doanh nghiệp sử dụng sản phẩm Cổng thanh toán, Thu hộ qua mã nộp tiền và Chi tiền nhanh qua ngân hàng đối tác của Công ty;
  • Triển khai và thực hiện bán các dịch vụ thanh toán của Công ty cho khách hàng;
  • Khảo sát, nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường đề xuất các cải tiến cho dịch vụ phù hợp yêu cầu khách hàng;
  • Hỗ trợ và chăm sóc trực tiếp khách hàng;
  • Là đầu mối của Công ty trong việc tiếp xúc với các nhóm khách hàng;
  • Phối hợp triển khai các chương trình Marketing, xúc tiến bán hàng;
  • Thu thập thông tin thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh;
  • Làm báo cáo kinh doanh hàng tuần, tháng, quý, năm;
  • Đề xuất các chương trình hỗ trợ, thúc đẩy hoạt động kinh doanh.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Am hiểu về lĩnh vực trung gian thanh toán, đặc biệt là hiểu biết về sản phẩm Cổng thanh toán và khách hàng mục tiêu của sản phẩm;
  • Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm kinh doanh sản phẩm về Cổng thanh toán;
  • Thành thạo các công cụ Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc;
  • Nhiệt huyết, ham học hỏi;
  • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp làm việc theo nhóm, có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc;
  • Khả năng giao tiếp và đọc hiểu Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế.

  • Tuyển 2 headcount - 1 HCM, 1 HN
  • 100% tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, không có lead sẵn
  • Không bắt buộc đi thị trường, có thể chọn inside sales hoặc outside sales tùy ý
  • Có thể take care khách cũ nếu có leader hoặc đồng nghiệp bàn giao cho
  • Team size: ở HN có 5 người, ở HCM có 4 người
  • Report trực tiếp cho team leader
  • Tiếng Anh không bắt buộc, nhưng mà nếu có thì có thể tiếp cận merchant nước ngoài tốt hơn
  • Mức lương 18tr-40tr/tháng là lương base thôi, còn kinh doanh sẽ căn cứ vào tình hình kinh doanh thực tế để đánh giá và tính incentive hàng năm. Sales B2B nên sẽ offer mức lương tốt đảm bảo đủ cuộc sống
