Vị trí: Business Development Specialist

+ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Tìm kiếm các đối tác đang có nhu cầu sử dụng Cổng thanh toán;
- Kết nối & đề xuất mô hình hợp tác với Khách hàng theo định hướng và chiến lược của Công ty;
- Soạn thảo và hoàn tất các thủ tục hợp tác: Hợp đồng, Kế hoạch triển khai dự án (nếu có);
- Xây dựng kế hoạch và triển khai, thống nhất các chương trình hợp tác Marketing & kênh truyền thông thúc đẩy tăng trưởng doanh số kinh doanh (transaction, doanh thu v.v...) với từng loại Khách hàng, từng thời điểm phù hợp với định hướng chiến lược của Công ty;
- Chăm sóc Khách hàng, theo dõi sâu sát chất lượng dịch vụ và hiệu quả hợp tác của Merchants được phân công quản lý;
- Tiếp nhận và phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan xử lý các phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai dịch v
- từ Khách hàng;
- Báo cáo kết quả công việc định kỳ và đột xuất theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.

+ YÊU CẦU:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học;
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về Kinh doanh;
- Ưu tiên có hiểu biết và kinh nghiệm về ví điện tử, thanh toán điện tử, phát triển thị trường;
- Có kinh nghiệm tìm kiếm đối tác lớn, chiến lược ít nhất 1 năm;
- Có kinh nghiệm tích hợp giải pháp kỹ thuật, hệ thống lớn giữa các bên;
- Có khả năng tiếp cận, nắm bắt yêu cầu và thu thập thông tin tốt, có khả năng thuyết trình, thuyết phục, đàm phán tốt với đối tác;
- Có khả năng nắm bắt, tiếp thu nhanh các giải pháp về công nghệ;
- Có khả năng quản lý dự án, triển khai dự án, chăm sóc khách hàng;
- Có tư duy về lập chiến lược kinh doanh;
- Ưu tiên có khả năng phân tích và đánh giá số liệu tốt;
- Ưu tiên giọng nói dễ nghe, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, linh hoạt trong giao tiếp dễ gây được thiện cảm;
- Tiếng Anh lưu loát;
- Siêng năng, quyết liệt, không ngại việc, chịu áp lực tốt, làm việc hướng theo mục tiêu chung.
