In this position you will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating Global website program, working with Japanese Clients and multiple internal teams across the world, including project management, stakeholder management, budgeting practices and relationship management tasks.
The Project Manager is also responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leading growth opportunities for the Agency within the modern web design program, drive Client discussions and work on delivering the agreed scope with teams.

- Be on top of all Modern Web program related knowledge and guidance according to central Modern Web team
- Manage projects with topdown oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to give support, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
- Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and returnoninvestment standards
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
- Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with clients, team members, managers, and inhouse accounts and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors if needed
- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with clients and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news
Qualifications:
- Experience working with CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and/or Project Management systems (JIRA, SWEET, etc.)
- Understanding HTML/JS/CSS or SEO principles
- Understand digital graphic/design, including font, color specifications, layout, and composition
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese (at least N3 certification), Vietnamese and commandable English
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and problemsolving skills
- Pay high attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative work setting
- Ability to understand the bigger picture of the business
- An offbeat perspective and the courage to look at challenges from unusual angles.
