  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
  • Build relationships and interact with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
  • Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits
  • Maintain tax balances on general ledger
  • Performing tax research and financial data analysis
  • Participation in various country and regional coverage meetings and calls
  • Training staff
  • Assisting tax accounting, internal and external audit requests
  • Assisting in ad hoc special projects
  • Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a Tax Lead or a similar role
  • Previous experience with a Big 4 firm and minimum of four (04) years of inhouse tax management
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, including CIT, VAT, FCT and TP
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Technical tax research experience and skills a plus
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
  • Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Analytical skills with detail orientation
  • BA in Accounting or MA in Taxation
  • Ability to deal with internal/external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Pleasant, amiable personality very strong sense of teamwork and customer service.
