RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare federal and multistate income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, as well as prepare and review related income tax workpapers.
  • Participate in the planning and scheduling of engagements.
  • Research complex tax issues.
  • Ensure the quality of the work product and monitoring the workflow.
  • Communicate progress to Partners.
  • Work closely with Partners, Managers and Senior Managers to advise clients on income tax issues and related tax planning.
  • Handle payroll for clients, including collecting, verifying, and recording employee attendance, including hours worked; computing wages, commissions, and deductions; and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, including remittance of payroll taxes.
  • Prepare and report quarterly sales and use tax returns for clients.
  • Perform accounting services for clients, including recording cash receipts/ income from the daily cash reports and/or bank deposits; recording cash disbursements/ expenses; recording any adjusting journal entries needed in records initially compiled and maintained by clients; reconciling bank statements; and preparing quarterly and yearend financial statements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
  • Experience using QuickBooks is desired.
  • Understanding US GAAP is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment and previous experience working with Accounting organizations are strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including good experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.
  • Confidence in learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues.

BENEFITS:

  • Monthly salary is 12,000,000 VND net.
  • 13thmonth salary prorated depending on the employee's length of service (within a calendar year).
  • Monthly lunch allowance: 1,100,000 VND/employee.

  • Maximum 15day vacation leave/year, adding one more annual leave day for each twoyear anniversary.
