To keep the hotel vehicles clean and polished properly at all times;

  • To be responsible for following with the Directorate of Customs keeping customs receipts, renewed and updated;
  • To be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers, keeping a polite and professional attitude at all times;
  • To obtain three quotations at all times for cash purchases;
  • To perform any additional duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
  • To update all Purchase Order files;
  • To run errands for the Purchasing Manager;
  • To follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly;
  • To be responsible for negotiating with the suppliers best possible prices for goods to help keep the hotel expenditure to a minimum;
  • To be fully in charge of the day to day purchases for all departments in the hotel;
  • To clear imported goods from the airport as and when required;
  • To be responsible for keeping the receiving area clean and tidy;
  • To purchase urgent items required from other countries when not available locally;
  • To comply with the hotels Fire, Health & Safety policies;

  • Good computer skill
  • Can work under high pressure
  • Good at writing and communication in English.
  • 2 3 year experiences in Purchasing Officer position. Have good purchase network
  • Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
