Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.

  • Have the ability to understand of taste and fashion
  • Preparing annual and quarterly budgets, and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing promotions, sales, price changes, etc.
  • Build and direct the implementation of the product development process to ensure the diversity and quality of products, affecting customer satisfaction and leading the market in terms of product quality and design.
  • Negotiating the costs of inventory for multiple stores.
  • Create criteria, and selection process, negotiate and develop relationships with strategic suppliers for leading brands (both domestic and international).
  • Review inventory levels to ensure that there is enough product available to meet demand
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure there is adequate supply of products to meet customer demand
  • Build strategies for the cost of goods, debts, cutting input costs, etc. in order to optimize costs for the company and achieve financial goals.
  • Develop and manage the team
  • Lead visual merchandising team
At least 5+ years of work experience Knowledge of developing furniture, fashion, etc. in the retail market is an advantage Highly aesthetic, catching up quickly with business trends, furniture industry product trends High-level communication and negotiation skills Ability to plan, organize and evaluate work performance Capability to analyze business indicators Creativity and updates on industry trends in the market Logical thinking, data-driven, result-oriented Fluent in English
