- Phân tích dữ liệu khách hàng để tối ưu hóa quảng cáo thông qua hệ thống quản trị khách hàng (Haravan).
- Phân bổ ngân sách hiệu quả, đánh giá báo giá, kiểm soát chi phí và định hướng chiến lược.
- Liên tục cập nhật insight người dùng cũng như các thay đổi trên các nền tảng và công cụ digital để điều chỉnh và tối ưu chiến lược marketing.
- Đảm bảo mọi hoạt động triển khai đúng với hình ảnh và hướng dẫn thương hiệu.
- Cập nhật xu hướng nội dung và thuật toán của Facebook, Google, tối ưu quảng cáo để đạt được KPI đề ra.
- Báo cáo định kỳ hiệu quả hoạt động quảng cáo hàng tháng và hàng quý cho cấp trên và ban giám đốc.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo từ ban giám đốc.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong vị trí tương đương, đặc biệt xuất sắc trong lĩnh vực Facebook Ads.
- Kinh nghiệm với quảng cáo Google Ads sẽ là một ưu thế.
- Biết cách phân tích các chỉ số liên quan đến quảng cáo, mạng xã hội và thương mại điện tử.
- Có tư duy logic, khả năng lập báo cáo và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm tốt. Sở hữu laptop cá nhân.
- Đam mê Digital Marketing và mong muốn phát triển sự nghiệp trong lĩnh vực này.
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập cao, chịu được áp lực công việc, có trách nhiệm và không ngại thử thách.
