1.Provides IT support across the company including our factory area, warehouse operations and office users;

2. Resolves incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with pre-defined SLA;

3. Maintains client devices in good condition, maintain accurate asset inventory of client devices;

4. Assists on maintain good condition on Servers, Network devices, meeting room facilities;

5. Handles I.T. procurement or administrative works;
- Xử lý công việc mua sắm hoặc hành chính của bộ phận;_

6. Ad hoc assignments which required to assist as advised from Regional Team Head.

**Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience/ **_Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm:_**

1. At least 2 years working experience on Infrastructure, Networking, IT Helpdesk Support;
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc về cơ sở hạ tầng, mạng, hỗ trợ bộ phận trợ giúp công nghệ thông tin;_

2. Troubleshooting knowledge and experience of below aspects are highly preferred but not a must:

- Cisco Meraki Network Switch, Wi-Fi Access Point;

- Office 365 Applications and Microsoft Azure;
- Ứng dụng Office 365 và Microsoft Azure;_
- Windows Desktop and Laptop;

- Network Printers;

- VoIP Phone;

- IT Documentation and Training.

3. Experience in factory environment is highly preferred;

4. Vendor Management experience is preferred;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhà cung cấp;_

5. Good team player and work as a part of the team across APAC region;

6. Good command of spoken and written English is a MUST.

**Formal Education & Certification/ **_Giáo dục, Bằng cấp & Chứng nhận:_**

1. Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Networking and Hardware, Information Technology or Engineering or above.

1. 48hours per week
