1. Tham vấn việc cải thiện hiệu quả và hiệu suất kinh doanh cho đối tác ngân hàng và cho đội ngũ quản lý kinh doanh thông qua việc chủ động cung cấp các giải pháp học tập và tư vấn đến đối tác nhằm phát triển hệ kỹ năng cần thiết cho việc đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Tổ chức các buổi họp định kỳ cùng với đội ngũ quản lý kinh doanh (Sales Managers) và đối tác nhằm mục đích thu thập, tổng hợp, phân tích, đánh giá các thông tin thực tế phục vụ cho việc đề xuất giải pháp học tập phù hợp với từng khu vực.
- Thực hiện các buổi đi thực tiễn (JFW, Site Visit, Coaching....) nhằm hiểu rõ thực tế của từng khu vực trong dự án, nhận định chính xác điểm mạnh, điểm yếu để phục vụ cho công tác đề xuất giải pháp.
- Thiết lập các giải pháp đào tạo, giải pháp học tập phù hợp cho từng khu vực, dự án phụ trách dựa trên sự tham vấn và phối hợp với bộ phận Learning Catalyst.
- Xây dựng và triển khai các khóa huấn luyện ngắn (kèm cặp, khai vấn, chia sẻ,...) kịp thời đến đội ngũ kinh doanh nhằm giải quyết những nhu cầu đào tạo phát sinh trong từng thời điểm.

2. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Learning Effectiveness để cung cấp thông tin, dữ liệu và phối hợp giám sát, theo dõi việc ứng dụng sau đào tạo để đánh giá hiệu quả đào tạo, mức độ áp dụng thực tiễn, cũng như đề xuất những giải pháp, phương pháp đào tạo phù hợp cho bộ phận Learning Catalyst và Learning R&D.

3. Đề xuất việc tận dụng và khai thác các nguồn lực PTD hiện có để thực hiện các mục tiêu đào tạo kịp thời, phục vụ nhu cầu của hoạt động kinh doanh trong ngắn hạn và dài hạn.

4. Đào tạo định hướng (induction training) cho chuyên viên huấn luyện mới của bộ phận Learning Business Partner theo đúng lộ trình thống nhất.
